Every Veteran Is a Hero
By: PERIMETER School Students
Perimeter School will continue our 29-year tradition of students and faculty expressing appreciation to veterans for their service at the Perimeter School Veterans Celebration tomorrow, Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at 9:30 AM. We hope that you will join us in-person or online!
In preparation for the event, our students have written essays of appreciation for those who have served our country. We are excited to share some of their words with you.
Every Veteran is a hero
“I’m so thankful for the people who fought in the Army like Daddy Bill, and I’m so thankful for the Army because they keep us safe.”

“I am so proud to be a part of a veteran family and the role my dad played to keep our country safe. Thank you, veterans!”

Emma, Fifth Grade Essay Contest Winner
“Veterans are noble and honorable for being willing to serve their country and preserve our freedoms.”
